Walking around the super cute neighborhood of Notting Hill when I arrived in London, I came across a tapas bar called PIX. I LOVE tapas, so I had to stop.
My favorite part of this place was the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. At PIX, they rotate 35 different dished throughout the night, so you can sit, relax, grab a few snacks, and make unlimited trips to the tapas bar when new dishes are brought out. Each plate has a stick inserted in it and you collect them throughout the meal. When you are finished, the staff counts up your sticks to determine the cost. They also have an extensive wine list and signature cocktails available.
